1. Salt Water Rinse

2. Clove oil

3. Peppermint Tea Bag

5. Flossing and Brushing
Don’t underestimate the effect that food particles can have on your mouth. Making sure that all food is dislodged, and plaque isn’t able to continue to decay teeth or irritate gums can go a long way towards helping with some toothaches, and preventing others.
6. Chew Guava Leaves

7. Crushed Garlic
Crushing garlic into a paste to place on the affected area can help fight bacteria, and discourage plaque build up. Garlic has a good reputation for the power of its medicinal properties. Alternatively, you can simply chew a garlic clove (although you may want to add salt!) to achieve the same results.
